Policy
Please review this policy carefully before completing your registration.
- Your seat is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed.
- All registrations are non-refundable. Due to the limited number of seats and the preparation required for this event, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations by participants.
- Requests for name changes or transfer of registration to another qualified participant may be considered at the sole discretion of the organizer. All such requests must be submitted in writing in advance.
- If the event is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid.
- The organizer is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to airfare, accommodation, visa fees, or transportation.
- In the event of force majeure — including natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control — the organizer reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event. Refund handling in such cases will be determined reasonably based on the circumstances.
